What is Positive Change Practitioners Circle (PCPC)?

PCPC is a membership-based diverse group where every member works on their positive change project that creates a better future for individuals, community and society as a whole.

Members will go through the positive change process and transform themselves to be leaders who can make positive change happen. Members will support each other to face the challenges and resistance to change, and become buddies on their own unique transformational journey. Members will be guided and supported by professional positive change coaches.

Vision of Positive Change Practitioners Circle (PCPC)

PCPC is the energy center that ignites fire for positive change. Every small circle (8-12 people) is like a nuclear reactor, creating energy from within. When circle meets circle, it forms bigger circles around the world. The whole world is one big circle. PCPC’s impact is huge, interaction around the world is dynamic and enthusiastic, and compassion for humanity.

1st Year. The members will focus on their individual transformation and change project related to the individual or team change.
2nd year: The members will focus on team or organizational transformation, will lead change projects related to team or organizational change.
3rd year: The members will lead community, society and cross-nation change project.

Through the three consecutive years of transformational journey, the members will grow into authentic and compassionate leaders who can lead from small to big change projects, in their own country or cross-nations. They are the strong force of change makers, they are the global leaders to make purposeful and meaningful change happen that will benefit all stakeholders and the whole humanity.

They are the positive change practitioners, they lead by role modeling, by taking action, by taking initiative and forward-thinking, by imaging and crafting the best to happen, by appreciating the diversity, by accepting the difference and leveraging the difference for the best result, by exhibiting universal love and practicing oneness with all beings.

The members will develop trust and authentic friendship and brotherhood and sisterhood. They support each other along the way by being mirror for each other, by being light for each other, by being strong allies and thinking tank. By connecting with all circles through the years, a big global network will be weaven for the oneness of the whole humanity.

Who Should Join PCPC

People who would like to make positive change happen to themselves, team, organization, community and society. They are from different countries. They must drive a transformative project, they could be, but not limited to:

Entrepreneurs: Founders, Co-Founders

Corporate leaders: C-level, Senior Management

Political leaders: Government officials

Leaders from NGOs: Founders, Senior Management

Membership

The membership is one quarter at least, can be renewed by quarterly, half year, or yearly.


On the second year of membership, the members will have the chance to mentor new members by sharing their own stories and insights on positive change. They can also get training to be positive change coach.
